CDL-A/B Residential Driver — $22–$31/hr

WM is hiring a Residential Driver to collect household waste and recyclable material in Clarks Grove, MN. You'll operate a heavy-duty truck with a load-lift attachment and safely navigate residential streets, driveways, and alleyways, including tight backing maneuvers.

Pay

• Base pay ranges from $22.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you'll do

• Drive your assigned route and empty containers at each stop, leaving the area clean and debris-free.

• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and file the required DVIR paperwork.

• Report any accidents, injuries, property damage, or unsafe conditions to your Operations Manager right away.

• Flag service problems like blocked streets, overweight containers, or safety hazards to Dispatch.

• Pass along customer requests to your manager or Dispatch.

• Take part in required training sessions and meetings, and help other drivers when needed to keep routes running smoothly.

• Finish your shift with the standard check-out and end-of-day documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience driving a CDL-required vehicle, or 1 year of equivalent military driving experience within the last 7 years.

• Minimum age 18 and legally authorized to work in the country where you'll be based.

• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with the public, read traffic signs, and complete reports.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.

• CDL Class A or Class B with an air-brake endorsement.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.

• This is a safety-sensitive role, so you'll be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including pre-employment, random, post-incident, and reasonable-suspicion checks, per company and government rules.
