About this job
Hissong Ready-Mix and Aggregates, a family-owned concrete and aggregates company, needs a Concrete Mixer Driver to deliver ready-mix concrete around Southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire. This is a full-time, year-round role with no seasonal layoffs, running a modern fleet of newer automatic-transmission mixer trucks.
Pay
- $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
- Overtime pay available
What you'll do
- Haul and deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites on time and safely
- Run the mixer truck according to safety rules
- Flag any equipment issues, hazards, or accidents to your foreman right away
- Coordinate with your crew and keep communication clear on site
Schedule
- Full-time, year-round work
- Some extended hours, evenings, weekends, or holidays may come up
Requirements
- Valid CDL, Class A or B
- Solid safety mindset
- Able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs regularly
- Your own way to get to and from work
