CDL-A/B Propane Delivery Driver — $30–$33/hr

Our company is looking for a delivery driver to transport and deliver propane to customers in the Ottsville, PA area. You'll work alongside dispatch and service technicians to keep deliveries on schedule and customers taken care of.

Pay

• $30-33 per hour, based on experience

What you'll do

• Load, secure, haul, deliver and unload propane safely

• Check your vehicle daily and complete DDVIR inspection reports

• Flag any maintenance or equipment issues right away

• Represent the company professionally at every stop

• Coordinate with dispatch and service staff to keep operations running smoothly

• Take part in on-call rotations, which may include after-hours or extended shifts

• Stay compliant with all DOT, federal, state and company safety rules

Getting started

Your first month covers onboarding, safety training and ride-alongs to learn the delivery routes and procedures. You'll practice vehicle inspections and documentation, then start making deliveries on your own with backup from dispatch and service teams as you learn how customer communication and after-hours calls are handled.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

• A driving record that meets the company's insurance standards

• Able to lift as much as 75 lbs and pull as much as 125 lbs in any weather

• Available for on-call and after-hours work when needed

• Follows safety procedures with no exceptions

Helpful but not required

• Prior experience driving trucks or delivering propane

• Comfortable with basic computer tools for logs, inspections and paperwork

• Background working with residential or commercial customers

• Knowledge of DOT inspection and compliance standards
