CDL-A/B Delivery Truck Driver — Home Daily, $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Ferguson is looking for a delivery truck driver in Sheboygan, WI to run local delivery routes with no nights or weekends. You'll be home every day on a Monday through Friday schedule.

Pay

• Starting from $19.26 per hour

• $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days on the job

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 2:30 pm

• Home every day

• May require overtime at times

What you'll haul

You'll deliver building and supply materials to customers using a pallet jack and two-wheel dolly, making sure the delivery ticket matches the material. You'll also handle customer returns and confirm products match before issuing credit. When needed, you'll help warehouse staff pull and prep orders, and receive, check, and stock incoming inventory.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A or B

• 1 to 3 years of commercial driving experience is strongly preferred

• At least 21 years old

• Must meet and keep up CDL qualifications and follow DOT rules

• Valid DOT medical card required (or ability to get and maintain one)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience with warehouse work, shipping, or receiving is a plus

• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Comfortable using basic technology like iPads

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

• Daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fueling the truck, and reporting any issues are part of the job

• Required to follow safety rules, including wearing a safety harness rated up to 400 lbs when needed
