CDL-A Associate Driver Trainee — $28.00/hr, Home Daily

Our company in Windsor, WI is bringing on Associate Drivers for its paid driver training program. You'll work alongside experienced drivers to build the skills needed to move into a full professional driving role.

Pay

• $28.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

• Starts at 4am

• Local routes around the Madison area, with drivers home every day

What you'll do

• Deliver and unload product at customer stops

• Run pre-trip and post-trip checks on the truck and equipment

• Safely handle a commercial motor vehicle, including conveyors and carts

• Operate powered equipment like electric pallet jacks and hand trucks

• Collect returned product, pallets and payments, and handle the related paperwork

• Take on other tasks as needed

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older

• Up to one year of relevant driving experience

• Valid Class A, B or C CDL, or equivalent military driving experience

• Able to regularly lift 25 to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 170 pounds

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
