BZ/CZ Motorcoach Driver — Toronto Airport Routes

Landline connects travelers to regional airports using comfortable motorcoaches, partnering with airlines to bridge the gap between smaller airports and major hubs. This role covers overnight routes to and from YYZ (6301 Silver Dart Drive, Mississauga, ON L5P 1B2), serving Landline destinations within 3 hours of the airport. Both part-time and full-time positions are open.

Schedule

• Overnight shifts, with mornings, nights and weekends possible

• You'll know your schedule well ahead of time, even though it varies

What you'll do

• Operate passenger motorcoaches safely and on time

• Complete MTO and company paperwork accurately, including electronic logs and inspection reports

• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks with a focus on safety

• Treat passengers and other road users with courtesy and professionalism, on duty and in uniform

• Load and unload passenger baggage and cargo (items up to 70 pounds/32 kg), including pushing and pulling loaded luggage carts

• Handle basic vehicle upkeep such as cleaning, fueling and dumping waste tanks

Requirements

• Valid BZ or CZ license

• At least 1 year of commercial passenger driving experience on a motorcoach or full-size bus

• Clean driver's abstract, free of demerits

• Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test

• Physically able to load and unload luggage

• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones and online systems

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong customer service skills, positive attitude and solid work ethic
