Box Truck Driver — Local & OTR — $600–$1,000/week

Our company in Hazelwood, MO is looking for a dependable box truck driver to handle both local runs and over-the-road trips. You'll be responsible for getting freight where it needs to go safely and on time.

Pay

• $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week

What you'll haul

• Freight delivered on local and OTR routes

• You'll load, secure and unload cargo as part of the job, making sure nothing arrives damaged

Responsibilities

• Drive the box truck safely on both local and long-distance routes

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle

• Keep delivery logs and paperwork accurate and up to date

• Stay in contact with dispatch and customers throughout your route

• Follow DOT rules along with company safety policies

• Let your team know right away if there's a mechanical issue or an accident

Requirements

• Valid Class E Driver's License

• Clean driving record

• Comfortable lifting, loading and unloading freight

• Strong attendance and work ethic

• Good communication and customer service abilities

• Able to manage your own delivery schedule with minimal supervision

• Local and OTR driving experience is a plus, especially with box trucks, route planning tools and cargo securement
