Box Truck Driver — 20% of Gross Weekly Guarantee

Our company in Atlanta, GA is looking for a box truck driver to handle a mix of local and long-haul runs. You'll move general freight and occasionally transport vehicles. Earnings are structured as a weekly guarantee tied to gross revenue.

Pay

• Guaranteed weekly pay set at 20% of gross, with your first payout landing 3-4 weeks after you start

• Company estimates this lands between $70,000-$90,000 per year

What you'll haul

• General freight via box truck

• Occasional car-hauling assignments

Routes and schedule

• Combination of local delivery work and over-the-road trips, with some runs through snowy and mountainous terrain (New York area is one example)

• OTR days can mean covering 700+ miles

• On longer runs, you may sleep in the cab, though the company sometimes arranges a room for you

Requirements

• Solid track record of safe driving and handling freight properly

• Prior delivery or commercial driving background is a plus

• Experience with tractor-trailers, reefers, flatbeds, or tankers is preferred

• Any exposure to hazmat or dangerous goods is a bonus

• Able to physically load, unload, and tie down cargo

• Compliance with DOT and FMCSA rules is required
