Box Truck Delivery Driver — No CDL Required — $165–$170/Day

Drive an 18-22 ft step van or box truck delivering packages out of the New Haven, IN terminal. No CDL needed, but you should have some commercial driving background. This is a full-time, hands-on route job with set daily pay.

• $165.00 to $170.00 per day

Schedule

• Shifts typically start at 8am and run until your route is finished

• Report to the terminal at 10905 Gateway Blvd, New Haven, IN 46774 to pick up your vehicle

What you'll haul

• Package deliveries using a company vehicle (18-22 ft step van or box truck)

• You'll load and unload the truck, navigate with GPS, and scan/log each stop

• Deliveries are time-sensitive, so punctuality matters

• A Bluetooth device is required to meet DOT rules

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years of commercial driving experience within the past 3 years (parts delivery, furniture moving, tow truck, military driving, etc. all count)

• Clean driving record - no DUIs, OVIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions

• No felony or misdemeanor convictions in the past 10 years

• Must pass a federal, state, TSA, and local background check

• Must pass a 12-panel drug test (note: synthetic urine will result in a failed test) and a DOT medical exam, both paid for by the employer

• Comfortable working outdoors in any weather

• Able to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs (handcarts provided)
