About this job
Our company is looking for an experienced AZ driver to run US cross-border freight, with some pneumatic tank hauling possible. You'll be on the road regularly, responsible for safe, on-time deliveries.
Pay
- US miles pay $0.64 per mile
- Hourly rate of $28.00 also applies
- Annual earnings range from $60,000 to $100,000
What you'll haul
- General freight, with pneumatic tank experience considered a plus (not mandatory)
Requirements
- Valid AZ license with at least 2 years behind the wheel
- Current CVOR and driver's abstract
- Willingness to pass background and drug screening
- Solid understanding of trucking regulations and safe driving practices
What the job involves
- Pre-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks
- Route planning to hit delivery windows
- Logging trips and deliveries electronically
- Following DOT/MOT rules on weight, size, routing, and rest breaks
- Backing and positioning the truck for loading and unloading
- Confirming delivery details before drop-off
