About this job
TTCC, Canada's largest truck and heavy equipment school, is looking for an AZ driver to train new drivers. You get paid hourly for your entire shift, including warming up the truck, fueling, paperwork and waiting time, plus time and a half past 44 hours a week.
Pay
- $28.00-$35.00 per hour, starting around $25/hr
- Many trainers end up earning $80,000+ a year
- Overtime pay (time and a half) after 44 hours worked in a week
Requirements
- 5 consecutive, current years of AZ driving experience
- Comfortable making confident decisions and working with people
- English required
- No prior instructor experience needed — paid train-the-trainer program provided

- Train new drivers
- Grade and evaluate students
- Track and report on student progress
