About this job
Our company, the country's largest truck and heavy equipment school, is looking for an experienced AZ driver to train the next generation of drivers in Greater Sudbury, ON. No prior instructing background is needed since the company runs a fully paid train-the-trainer program for new hires.
Pay
- $28.00-$35.00 per hour
- You're paid hourly for all working time, including warming up the truck, fueling, doing paperwork, or waiting at the garage
- Time and a half for anything worked past 44 hours a week
- Many trainers on staff bring home $80,000+ a year
What you'll do
- Train new drivers
- Grade and evaluate students, and track their progress with detailed reports
Requirements
- 5 consecutive, current years of AZ driving experience
- Comfortable making quick decisions
- Outgoing personality, at ease working with people
- English required
