About this job
Our company needs an AZ driver to run freight between Toronto and Montreal. You'll keep deliveries on schedule while handling your truck safely and professionally.
Pay
- $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Routes
- Runs between Toronto and Montreal
What you'll do
- Haul freight to assigned destinations
- Check your vehicle before and after each trip to confirm it's roadworthy and compliant
- Log mileage, fuel use and any incidents along the way
- Follow traffic laws and safety rules on every trip
- Stay in touch with dispatch about schedules or problems on the road
- Handle minor mechanical fixes on the vehicle when needed
Requirements
- Valid AZ licence
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving abstract and a CVOR
- Familiarity with freight handling and safety procedures
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Good time management and communication skills
- No at-fault collisions in the last 3 years
- Night driving experience is asked about in the application
