AZ Truck Driver — Toronto to Montreal, $20.53–$32.29/hr

Our company in Brampton, ON needs an AZ truck driver for the Toronto to Montreal route. You'll need at least 1 year of experience behind the wheel.

Pay

• $20.53 to $32.29 per hour

Route

• Runs between Toronto and Montreal

What you'll do

• Haul freight to assigned destinations in a commercial truck

• Check the vehicle over before and after each trip

• Load and unload cargo, using a forklift or other equipment when needed

• Keep accurate records of hours driven, routes taken and deliveries made

• Stay in touch with dispatch and customers about delivery timing

• Handle minor repairs and upkeep on the truck as required

• Follow all applicable transportation laws

Requirements

• Valid AZ license

• At least 1 year of experience hauling freight preferred

• Comfortable operating a forklift and other heavy equipment is a plus

• Solid grasp of safety rules for commercial driving

• Able to handle basic vehicle repairs, a bonus

• Good time management and punctuality

• Clear communicator with dispatch and clients
