Burnbrae Farms, a Canadian family-owned egg producer, is looking for a full-time permanent AZ driver based in Lyn, ON. Work is available year-round, reporting to the Distribution Supervisor.
Pay
- $30.10 to $33.83 per hour
- No bonus
What you'll do
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections each day
- Pick up, deliver, and load or unload product, using a pallet jack as needed
- Keep electronic logs along with accurate driver logbooks, trip reports, and any accident or incident reports
- Monitor and record reefer temperatures
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments and dock times
Requirements
- Valid AZ license with a clean CVOR and abstract, with at least 2 years of clean driving history
- Comfortable starting shifts early, between 1:00am and 4:00am
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical work, including loading trailers with a pallet jack
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Bilingual English/French is a plus but not required
