AZ Team Highway Driver — On Duty Driving $52.82/hr

Manitoulin Transport is looking for permanent, full-time AZ tractor trailer team drivers to haul LTL and general freight across Western Canada, Ontario and the Thunder Bay region. Routes run dock-to-dock through Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia, covering Great Lakes, prairie, hill and mountain terrain in all weather. Depending on where you're headed, you may pull different trailer configurations, including Long Combination Vehicles.

Schedule

• Most loads leave between 1900 and 2300 hours, so you need to be comfortable driving overnight.

• Work is steady and available year round.

Pay

• $52.82 per hour while on duty and driving.

• $39.30 per hour while on duty but not driving.

• Extra pay when pulling LCVs.

• A waiting time delay program covers downtime.

Requirements

• Valid AZ license.

• Fewer than 5 demerits on your commercial abstract.

• Willing to complete classroom training, mountain qualification training with a coach, and LCV qualification training.

• Must pass a criminal record check, done during the interview process at no cost to you.
