About this job
Our company needs a full-time night shunter on payroll in Hamilton, ON. This is a payroll role only, not an incorporated position, and you're home after every shift.
Schedule
- Sunday night, 11pm to 6am
- Monday through Thursday, starting at 6pm for 10 to 12 hour shifts
- Shifts typically run 8 to 12 hours, but could stretch to 14 hours depending on weather, traffic or customer needs
- You'll shunt using a standard day cab unit
- When shunting work is light, you may be asked to help with local board runs or switches
Pay
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Requirements
- 2 years of verifiable Canadian AZ driving experience
- 2 years of shunting experience
- Valid AZ licence
