About this job
Local AZ driving work based in Milton, Ontario, running roll-off and front-end container routes within roughly 100 km of the terminal. Weekday schedule with an early start and dependable hours. Hiring is being handled through a staffing agency on behalf of a Milton-area client.
Pay
- $28.00/hour for roll-on/roll-off routes
- Front-end routes pay above $28.00/hour; the exact rate hasn't been finalized yet
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, clocking in at 6:00 a.m.
- Shifts last around 10 hours
- Can start right away
What you'll haul
- Roll-on/roll-off and front-end containers
- Pickups, drop-offs and container moves around the Greater Toronto Area
Requirements
- Valid AZ license (DZ holders accepted, AZ is the preference)
- A minimum of 3 years driving experience relevant to this work, including time on roll-off and/or front-end trucks
- A letter from your insurer documenting your commercial driving background
- Able to provide the documentation needed to meet driver qualification and insurance standards
- Solid familiarity with GTA roads and safe driving habits
- Shows up consistently and communicates well
