About this job
Our company is signing on Owner Operators for US cross-border runs out of the Greater Toronto Area, ON. They need both single drivers and driving teams, and fleets starting at 2 trucks are welcome. Demand is up thanks to growth with their existing customer base.
Pay
- Singles: $1.34 to $1.36 per mile (FAST)
- Teams: $1.40 to $1.44 per mile (FAST)
- Fuel surcharge applied to all dispatched miles
- Empty miles pay the same rate as loaded miles
- Border crossings are paid
- Pickups and deliveries are paid
- Wait time is paid
- Monthly pay reported in the range of $25,000.00-$41,000.00
What you'll haul
Cross-border freight into the US, running as a single driver or as part of a team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of tractor trailer experience in North America
- A clean driver's abstract, CVOR, PSP report and Clearinghouse record
- A clean criminal background check
- Legally able to cross into the US
- Must live in Canada
Equipment
- Truck model year 2018 or newer
- Kept in good, well-maintained working condition
- No colour code issues
- Must pass Caravan's pre-hire inspection
