AZ Owner-Operator/Lease-to-Own Driver — Local, Regional & Cross-Border Lanes

Our company is looking for experienced AZ drivers to join as owner-operators or through their Lease-to-Own Program. You can choose from solo or team setups across local, regional, cross-border, East Coast USA and LCV lanes. A sign-on bonus is available - ask the recruiting team for details.

Pay

• $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

• Paid stops and wait time

• Direct deposit on the 15th and 30th of each month

Routes and lanes

• Local, regional and cross-border options

• East Coast USA lanes require East Coast experience and a TWIC Card

• LCV lanes require 5 years of clean, verifiable driving history

• Steady, reliable freight with plenty of loads available

Equipment

• Fleet of Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks

• Lease-to-Own drivers start with a full tank of fuel, low monthly payments, and a full maintenance plan - no down payment or credit check needed

• Owner-operators face no restrictions on truck make, model or year, and get equal access to strong-paying lanes

• Trucks must pass a free our company inspection

• our company covers plates, insurance, operating authorities, permits, decals and satellite equipment

Requirements

• Valid AZ/Class 1 license with at least 1 year of driving experience

• TWIC Card and East Coast experience needed for East Coast USA runs

• 5 years of clean, verifiable driving record needed for LCV routes
