AZ Owner Operator — Cross-Border Highway — Higher Pay Rates

Our company is hiring experienced AZ Owner Operators out of its Guelph, ON terminal to run Dry Van and Reefer freight across Canada and the United States. This is a cross-border highway position with a newly updated, higher pay package. Drivers run a triangle route, starting Sunday and typically finishing Friday, spending 5-6 days out and sleeping in the truck.

Pay

Laidlaw has rolled out a new pay structure built to offer better earning potential for Owner Operators compared to before.

What you'll haul

• Dry Van and Reefer trailers

• Freight moving between Canada and the US

• You may be assigned to either the Dry Van or Reefer division

Schedule

• Week runs Sunday to Friday on a triangle route

• 5-6 days out per trip

• You'll sleep in your truck during these runs

Requirements

• Valid AZ licence or Class 1

• 2 years of verified driving experience in both Canada and the US

• Late-model equipment (divisions may apply some flexibility here)

• Clean CVOR and driver's abstract

• Clean criminal record check, needed for crossing the border

• Willing and able to cross into the US on a regular basis

• Able to handle 5-6 consecutive days on the road

• FAST Card is a plus
