About this job
Our company needs an AZ driver for a dedicated night-shift route out of North York, hauling freight with a manual transmission truck. You'll handle deliveries, paperwork and bill control while keeping things safe and on schedule.
Pay
- $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule
- 70 hours per week
- Night shift, Monday to Saturday
- Shifts run about 12 hours, starting around 6 pm
What you'll do
- Deliver customer freight following company procedures
- Keep proper bill control and supporting paperwork for each delivery
- Follow health and safety rules on the job
- Keep your workspace clean and help with housekeeping when needed
- Stay productive and accurate even under time pressure
Requirements
- Valid AZ licence
- 3 years of AZ driving experience
- Experience driving manual transmission trucks
- Comfortable working under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
Work location
North York and Mississauga, in person.
