About this job
Our company, an LTL carrier operating since 1928, is looking for an AZ driver at its Kingston Terminal. This is a Monday-to-Friday, weekends-off role handling local pickup and delivery runs.
Pay
- $30.01 per hour
Home time
- Weekends off, Monday to Friday schedule
What you'll haul
- LTL freight on pickup and delivery routes, using a mix of manual and automatic trucks
Requirements
- AZ license with air brake endorsement
- At least 2 years of trucking experience, including manual transmission (10-speed) driving
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
- Able to pass Transport Canada driver qualification standards, plus pre-employment health, drug and criminal background checks
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Forklift and dock experience is a plus
- Good written and spoken English, basic math skills
