About this job
Jade Transportation, based in Morrisburg, ON, is looking for experienced long haul drivers to run specialized freight across Canada and the US. You'll work with a hands-on management team that still drives, and benefit from an on-site shop, fuel, washbay and container yard.
Pay
- $0.71 per mile
- Hourly rate of $30.50
- Annual pay range of $110,000.00-$135,000.00
- All stops paid
- Paid border crossings
- Paid CVSA inspections
- Paid layovers
- Paid training
What you'll haul
- Specialized commodities on lanes throughout Canada and the United States
- Some lanes run with two drivers, with strong incentive pay for team runs (team work is available but not required)
- Flatbed experience is a plus, and tarping is not part of the job
Equipment
- You'll be assigned a dedicated Kenworth or Peterbilt truck
- On-site washbay (you get paid to wash your truck)
- Full in-house maintenance shop on site
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of AZ driving experience
- Valid AZ driver's licence
- FAST card and prior US driving experience required
- English language skills required
- Hazmat experience is a plus
- TWIC card is a plus
- Must live within 100 km of Morrisburg, ON
