AZ Linehaul Driver — $35.43/hr Driving, Fort Frances–Thunder Bay

Manitoulin Transport needs an AZ driver for a set night linehaul route between Fort Frances and Thunder Bay, running Sunday through Thursday. You'll switch trailers in Thunder Bay, head back to Fort Frances, and unload freight on return.

Schedule

• Sunday to Thursday, starting at 17:30

• Be ready to work both day and night shifts as your schedule shifts

What you'll haul

• Freight moved between Fort Frances and Thunder Bay, with a trailer swap partway

• Unloading duties once you're back at Fort Frances

• Forklift work is part of the job; in-house certification is provided

Pay

• $35.43 per hour while driving

• $32.43 per hour for on-duty, non-driving time

Requirements

• Valid AZ licence

• At least 1 year of driving experience

• Comfortable switching between day and night shifts

• Commitment to safe work practices at all times

• Willing to complete training as provided

You'll also be expected to run pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections, follow transportation laws and company rules, keep your cab and trailer tidy, and stay in touch with dispatch, customers and other drivers to keep things running smoothly.
