AZ Line Haul Driver — Cross-Border Runs, Home Every Night

Our company needs experienced AZ drivers for line haul work out of Kitchener, ON, running loads of solid waste into Michigan daily. You'll be back home every night, with paid training to start you off.

What you'll haul

• Daily cross-border trips into Michigan, moving solid waste from transfer stations to landfill sites

• Runs cover roughly 600 to 1100 kilometers and last 10 to 14 hours

• You'll work with late-model tractors and trailers on dedicated equipment, plus an established e-log fleet

Home time

• You're home every night

• Optional Saturday shifts are available if you want extra hours

Training

• Start with one-on-one coaching from an experienced driver trainer

• Includes two weeks of paid training specific to this role, held in Ayr, ON

Requirements

• Valid AZ license with at least 3 years of relevant driving experience

• Comfortable crossing the US border in a commercial vehicle every day

• Strong backing skills are a must

• Experience hauling waste is a plus, and heavy hauling background is considered an asset

• You'll need to pass a criminal background check and DOT-regulated drug testing, and provide a clean driver's abstract and CVOR abstract

• Solid understanding of trucking regulations, including hours of service and safe vehicle operation

• On the road, you'll handle daily vehicle inspections, report any defects or incidents, keep accurate trip logs in kilometers, and hold onto fuel, toll, and delivery receipts for your paperwork
