About this job
Our company, a small company in Midland, ON, needs AZ gravel truck drivers for the season, with the chance of staying on full-time year round for the right person. You'll be moving aggregates safely and on schedule.
Pay
- $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year, negotiable based on your experience and skills
What you'll haul
- Aggregates, hauled in a dump truck, pup, live bottom or belly dump
- You'll be responsible for the load and the vehicle: checking equipment condition, handling loading and unloading, and following all applicable rules and procedures
Requirements
- AZ licence
- 3 years of heavy commercial driving experience (insurance requires this)
- A valid CVOR and a Letter of Experience from your insurer, both needed for coverage and to bring to your interview
- Daily pre-trip checks of the vehicle, including tires, lights and brakes, plus ongoing safety and maintenance inspections
