Matt Hummelink Trucking, a family-run business near Elmvale, ON with roots in farming for over 80 years, needs a full-time AZ driver to move grain between farms and elevators. Runs stay within about 200km as the crow flies, and workload shifts with the growing season.
Pay
- $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 10 hour shifts
- Volume varies by season
What you'll haul
- Grain moving between elevators and local farms
Requirements
- Valid AZ licence with a clean driving record
- At least 3 years behind the wheel as a truck driver
- Air Brake endorsement
- Able to follow Hours of Service rules and stay within weight limits
- Comfortable reading and speaking English
- A cooperative, team-first mindset
- Agricultural background helpful but not mandatory
- Mechanical know-how is a plus
On the job, you'll check and maintain your truck daily, keep accurate log sheets, and drive safely in line with highway regulations.
