AZ Flatbed Cross-Border Driver — Home Weekends, $2,000 CAD Bonus

Our company (formerly Brant) in Brantford, ON is hiring a full-time AZ flatbed driver to haul industrial rollers on regional and cross-border runs between Canada and the United States. You'll drive a company sleeper-cab truck, build relationships with customers at every stop, and be home every weekend.

Pay

• $0.48 per km plus $48 per stop

• A $2,000 CAD bonus after 3 months on the job

• Posted annual pay range of $100,000.00-$120,000.00

Schedule and home time

• Monday to Thursday work week

• Roughly 1-3 nights away from home each week

• Guaranteed home every weekend

What you'll haul

• Industrial rollers, picked up and delivered across Canada and the US

• Flatbed loads that you'll secure and protect so nothing arrives damaged

• Loading and unloading duties, sometimes using a forklift

• You'll check freight against shipping paperwork and keep accurate records, including pre- and post-trip checks, ELD logs and border documents

Equipment

• Company-owned truck with a sleeper cab

• 2026 Kenworth full length trailer

• Samsara ELD system with a dual-facing dash camera

Requirements

• Valid Ontario AZ licence

• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience is preferred

• Hands-on flatbed and load securement experience is required

• Clean driver's abstract

• Valid passport or other documents allowing legal entry to the US

• Able to meet US DOT cross-border rules, including pre-employment drug testing where it applies

• Good route planning and navigation skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Forklift experience preferred, or willing to learn

• Comfortable securing loads, climbing on and off equipment, and working outside in all kinds of weather
