AZ/DZ Tanker Driver — Propane Delivery — $28-$30/hr

Deliver propane across Ontario for a propane supplier serving homes, businesses, mines and job sites. You'll handle loading and unloading propane into the bulk truck and into customer tanks, while keeping safety and service standards high. This role runs busiest from October through May, with the current contract set to continue until May 2027 and a chance it turns into a permanent spot.

Pay

• $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on your experience

• End-of-season bonus available

Schedule

• Day shifts, either 5 days a week at 8 hours or 4 days a week at 10 hours

• Expect extra hours and overtime during the October-to-May peak season

What you'll haul

• Propane deliveries to residential, commercial and industrial customers, including construction sites and mine locations

Requirements

• Valid AZ or DZ commercial licence

• Clean driving history, free of disqualifying convictions

• At least 3 years behind the wheel

• Comfortable driving manual transmission

• High school diploma

• Able to handle physical demands like frequent stops, climbing in and out of the truck, and pulling the delivery hose

• Good communication skills and comfortable dealing with customers

• Able to navigate using maps and route directions

• No propane experience needed - they'll train you

• Must pass pre-employment screening, including drug/alcohol testing and a physical

You'll also complete daily vehicle checks, fill out required paperwork, check customer tanks for safe condition, and handle minor truck upkeep, working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
