AZ/DZ Delivery Driver — $24–$27/hr, Mon–Fri Schedule

Our company, a family-owned steel fabrication company that has served London and the surrounding area for over 50 years, is hiring a full-time delivery driver to join its team in St. Thomas, ON.

Pay

• $24.00-$27.00 per hour

• Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, sometimes later depending on the day's workload

• Overtime likely during busy seasons

• Occasional Saturdays for loading or vehicle upkeep

What you'll haul

• Transport finished steel products of various shapes and sizes to and from job sites, following all traffic laws and safety practices

• Fill in with light yard and shop work when not driving

• Keep your vehicle clean and well maintained, and complete daily logs and inspections

Requirements

• Valid A Restricted license with a clean driving record required; full A license also accepted

• D license with a clean driving record preferred

• At least 2 years of DZ/AZ driving experience

• Legally able to work in Canada

• Good communication skills, punctuality and self-motivation

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Background delivering finished goods of different sizes is a plus

• Willingness to follow all applicable driving laws and the company's safety rules
