About this job
Highlight Motor Group, a growing GTA-based transportation company, is hiring AZ drivers for cross-border Canada-USA highway runs. Both company drivers and owner-operators are welcome, and new AZ license holders with no experience can join a paid training program.
Pay
- Earn up to $0.70 per mile
- Paid extras for pickups, drop-offs, waiting time, and layovers
- Paid safety bonus
- Owner-operators can earn top dollar and set their own schedule
What you'll haul
- Dedicated truck units running Canada-USA service lanes
- New 2026 Volvo (760/860) and Kenworth trucks equipped with I-Shift transmissions
- Each truck permanently assigned to one driver
Requirements
- Valid AZ license (brand-new license holders accepted)
- Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit
- No experience necessary; paid training provided with a company trainer
