About this job
Our company is growing its cross-border team out of Prescott, ON and looking for licensed tractor-trailer drivers. You'll be a direct employee, not a contractor, running safe, legal loads from the open board with support from a driver-focused company.
Routes and schedule
You'll cross the CAN/USA border and may be away from home for up to 6 days at a stretch, with time at home every weekend. Prescott is your home base/park location.
Pay
Compensation blends mileage, hourly and activity-based pay, with mileage making up the bulk of it. Mileage rates run from .445 to .55 cents per mile, depending on your verified AZ experience and the destination. You're paid every two weeks by direct deposit.
Equipment
Trucks are modern and well kept, equipped with refrigerators and APUs. Our company's strong ELD compliance and CVOR rating help you move through scales with fewer delays.
Requirements
- Valid AZ license, with the ability and willingness to cross the border
- A valid FAST card, or pre-approval for one
- Drivers with a year or more of recent AZ cross-border experience are preferred, though newly licensed drivers will be considered
