About this job
Our company is growing its cross-border fleet out of Mississauga, ON and needs experienced AZ tractor-trailer drivers. You'll run CAN/USA freight with weekends off and be home every week, as a direct employee rather than a contractor.
Pay
- Earnings combine mileage, hourly and activity-based pay, with mileage making up most of it
- Mileage rate runs from $0.475 to $0.57 per mile depending on your experience level and the board, and includes a Mississauga premium
- Paid every two weeks by direct deposit
Home time
- Expect to be out on the road for up to 6 days at a stretch
- You'll be back home every weekend
What you'll haul
- Cross-border runs based out of the Mississauga park location
- Freight is assigned through an open board, with safe and legal runs
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent AZ cross-border driving experience
- Comfortable and able to cross the CAN/USA border
- A valid FAST card, or pre-approval for one
