About this job
Our company is looking for AZ truck drivers, solo or team, to run freight from the Toronto area into the USA. Routes include Georgia, Colorado, Arizona, Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Virginia and other US destinations, with a Toronto start point available.
Pay
- $26.00-$40.00 per hour
- Full-time, permanent position
What you'll haul
- Refrigerated trailers
- Cross-border freight into various US locations
Requirements
- AZ license
- At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
- Comfortable driving manual transmission
- Solid knowledge of commercial driving rules and safe practices
What you'll do
- Load and unload freight safely, following all required protocols
- Plan routes to get deliveries there on time
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Keep accurate logs for hours of service and vehicle maintenance
