AZ Cross-Border Truck Driver — $1,600–$1,700/Week

Ryder is hiring a cross-border AZ driver based in Cambridge, Ontario to haul freight between Canada and the United States. This is a full-time, permanent role with alternating days on the road.

Pay

• $1,600 to $1,700 a week

• Compensation details also reference an hourly range during the review process

Home time

• Alternate days on the road

What you'll haul

• General freight moved in a single or tandem axle tractor-trailer combination between Canadian and US customer, supplier and company locations

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver loads across the border

• Handle paperwork like logbooks, inspection reports and customer documents

• Check equipment condition and manage loading and unloading, using material handling equipment when needed

Requirements

• Valid AZ/Class 1 license with air brake endorsement

• Valid FAST Card

• At least 9 months of verifiable commercial driving experience

• No more than one moving violation or at-fault incident in the past year

• Comfortable driving a standard transmission truck in all weather

• Strong English communication skills and ability to read maps/GPS

• High school diploma or GED preferred
