AZ Cross-Border Truck Driver — $0.55/mi or $25/hr, Choice of Routes

Our company is a logistics company in Sarnia, ON hauling cross-border freight. They're looking for experienced drivers and let you pick the type of run that fits your life, whether that's getting home nightly or racking up miles on the road.

Routes available

• Local runs: home every night

• Regional runs: gone a day or two, then back home

• Long haul runs: 4-5 days out for drivers who want more miles

Pay

• $0.55 per mile or $25 per hour, whichever works out better for you

What you'll do

• Drive and maintain company trucks following all applicable regulations

• Deliver freight on time to assigned destinations

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Log hours and delivery info using the Samsara ELD system

• Follow company safety rules

• Stay in touch with dispatch, customers and your team

• Load and secure cargo so it arrives undamaged

• Report problems or incidents to management right away

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of cross-border driving experience

• Clean driving record, no major violations

• Solid understanding of local, state and federal trucking rules

• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed

• Must pass a background check and drug test

This is a full-time, permanent position based out of Sarnia, ON N7W 1B6. You'll need to be able to reliably commute to or relocate near this location.
