AZ Cross-Border Solo & Team Driver — $0.60/$0.70 per Mile + Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for experienced AZ drivers, solo or as established teams, to run cross-border freight into the US Midwest on an open board. You'll haul time-sensitive loads using brand-new equipment and work with a dispatch team that plans your routes and supports you throughout the trip.

Pay

• Solo rate: $0.60 per mile

• Team rate: $0.70 per mile

• Weekly pay ranges from $1,500.00 to $1,800.00

• Extra $0.02 per mile for safety and fuel performance

• Sign-on bonus: $1,500 for solo drivers, $3,000 for teams

• $60 phone allowance

Home time and schedule

Dispatch builds in a reasonable cushion of time to get loads delivered safely and legally, even though the freight itself runs on tight deadlines. Solo drivers run independently; teams keep trucks moving continuously.

What you'll haul

You'll move time-sensitive freight across the US-Canada border in newer, well-maintained tractor-trailers, with loading and unloading assistance expected as part of the job.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience

• Valid Ontario AZ Commercial Driver's License

• Clean driving abstract and CVOR, with no major violations

• Valid FAST Card or passport/visa allowing legal entry and work in the US

• Comfortable working with ELDs, following DOT and Hours of Service rules, and completing pre- and post-trip inspections

• Able to communicate clearly with dispatch on ETAs, delays and route changes

• Solo applicants need strong self-reliance; team applicants need to work well together under a shared commitment to punctuality

• Comfortable operating trucks with telematics that track driving behavior, including stop sign compliance and lane positioning
