AZ Cross-Border Dry Van Driver — Up to $85,000/Year

Diversco Transport, a locally owned carrier based in Cambridge, ON, is adding an experienced AZ driver to run dry van freight across the Canada/U.S. border. You'll get newer equipment and real support from dispatch so you can focus on the road.

Pay

• Up to $85,000.00 per year

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight moving throughout Canada and the United States

What the job involves

• Hauling customer loads safely and professionally

• Doing pre-trip and post-trip inspections every run

• Keeping electronic logs and paperwork accurate and current

• Staying in touch with dispatch on load status, scheduling and any delays

• Following Hours of Service rules, traffic laws, company policy and all Canadian and U.S. regulations

• Dealing professionally with customers, shippers and receivers

• Looking after the truck you're assigned

Requirements

• Valid AZ licence

• At least 3 years of AZ driving experience (required by the company's insurance)

• Legally able to cross the Canada/U.S. border

• Clean enough driver's abstract to be acceptable

• Solid knowledge of commercial vehicle inspections and safe driving

• Reliable, professional and a clear communicator

• Able to manage your own time and work without close supervision

• Safety-minded with a strong work ethic
