About this job
Our company, based out of the Guelph, ON terminal, is hiring AZ highway company drivers for cross-border runs between Canada and the United States. You'll run dry van and reefer freight, starting your week on Sunday and typically wrapping up by Friday, sleeping in your truck for the 5-6 days you're out.
Pay
The pay package has recently been updated to offer higher earning potential for professional AZ drivers. Full compensation details are competitive and will be discussed with applicants.
What you'll haul
- Dry van and reefer trailers, with drivers assigned to either division
- Freight moving between Canada and the U.S.
Schedule
- Full-time, out 5-6 consecutive days per week
- Week typically runs Sunday to Friday
- Nights spent sleeping in the truck during your route
Requirements
- Valid AZ licence or Class 1
- Two years of verified driving experience in Canada and the U.S.
- Clean CVOR and driver's abstract
- Clean criminal record check, required for crossing the border
- Willingness and ability to travel into the United States on a regular basis
- FAST Card preferred
