AZ City Pickup & Delivery Driver — $30/hr Guaranteed + Incentive Pay

Manitoulin Transport is growing its Dryden operation to keep up with demand from the mining industry in northwestern Ontario. They need a local pickup and delivery driver to serve customers around the Dryden terminal.

Pay

• Guaranteed minimum of $30.00 an hour, plus incentive pay on top

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• $3,600 living allowance paid over your first year

What you'll haul

• You'll pick up and drop off freight at customer locations near the Dryden terminal

• Loading and unloading the truck is part of the job

• Deliveries are time-sensitive, so staying on schedule matters

Schedule

• This is a local city route, not long haul

• Be ready for occasional flexibility in your availability

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license for the jurisdiction, with a clean record

• At least 2 years of verifiable linehaul or long-haul driving experience

• Solid grasp of DOT rules, vehicle safety, and defensive driving

• Comfortable with route planning, dispatch systems, and electronic logging devices

• Able to handle loading, unloading, and vehicle inspections

• Professional attitude and good customer service skills

• Hazmat endorsement or specialized cargo experience is a plus

• Familiarity with freight management or logistics coordination tools is a plus
