AZ Car Hauler — FAST/USA Runs — $75K Guaranteed First-Year Minimum

Our company is looking for an experienced AZ car hauler to run FAST-approved cross-border routes between Canada and the United States, along with domestic deliveries across Ontario and Quebec. This is a piece-work role in a specialized niche, with strong earning potential and a first-year wage guarantee for drivers new to car hauling.

Pay

• Earnings are based on piece work: you keep 23% of the revenue you generate after your first 90 days, rising to 25% after one year

• Total pay typically runs between $75,000 and $120,000 per year, with high earners topping $100,000

• New car haulers get a guaranteed minimum first-year income of $75,000 while they learn the job and build their network

• A $5,000 signing bonus is available for car haulers with at least 2 years of experience

• Annual and monthly bonus opportunities, plus a performance-based incentive program

Schedule

• Regular 5-day work week

• You'll need to be available for varied shifts across any 7-day stretch, and able to work up to 70 hours within any 8 consecutive days

What you'll haul

• Finished and used vehicles for manufacturers, remarketers, auctions, dealers and individual customers

• Cross-border loads between the US and Canada, plus domestic runs from railheads and plants throughout Ontario and Quebec

• You'll drive dedicated, newer tractor-trailer equipment matched specifically for this work

Requirements

• Valid AZ licence

• At least 2 years of AZ driving experience with manual-transmission tractor-trailers

• Valid FAST card, or the ability to get one

• Clean driver's abstract and CVOR

• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs

• English required

Training

• New drivers get hands-on instruction from CCT staff on proper vehicle handling, loading and unloading

• You'll be paired with an experienced mentor to help you learn the company's network and routes, with paid training and accommodations provided if needed
