AZ Car Hauler Driver — $75,000 Guaranteed First-Year Minimum

CCT Auto Trans is hiring experienced AZ car haulers to run cross-border US/FAST routes between Canada and the United States, along with domestic dealer deliveries from rail heads and OEM plants across Ontario and Quebec. This is piece-work pay with a guaranteed minimum, plus a signing bonus for qualified applicants.

Pay

• $5,000 signing bonus for car haulers with at least 2 years of experience

• Pay is based on a share of revenue generated: 23% after your first 90 days, rising to 25% after one year

• New car haulers are guaranteed a minimum first-year income of $75,000 while they build speed and learn the network

• Overall pay range reported: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year, with high earners bringing in over $100,000

• Annual and monthly bonus opportunities, plus a performance-based incentive program

Schedule

• Standard 5-day work week

• Be ready to work varied days across any 7-day stretch, and up to 70 hours in any 8 consecutive days

What you'll haul

• Finished and used vehicles for manufacturers, remarketers, auctions, dealers and individual customers

• Equipment is late-model, matched tractor-trailer gear dedicated to car hauling

Requirements

• Valid AZ licence

• Valid FAST card, or willingness to get one (listed as preferred on the certification list)

• At least 2 years driving AZ tractor-trailer equipment with manual transmission

• Clean driver's abstract and CVOR

• Able to lift 50+ lbs, as the work is physically demanding

• English language required

Training

• New drivers get hands-on instruction from CCT staff on proper vehicle handling, loading and unloading

• You'll be paired with an experienced mentor to help you learn the CCT network before working solo

• Paid training, with accommodations provided if needed
