AZ Car Hauler — Domestic — Guaranteed $75,000 First-Year Minimum

CCT Auto Trans, a family-run company operating since 1999, needs an experienced AZ driver to haul vehicles domestically within Ontario and Quebec. You'll pick up loads in Oshawa and Concord and deliver them to dealerships across the province. Expect to spend several nights a week sleeping in the truck.

Pay

• Piece-work based pay with high earning potential, ranging $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

• You earn 23% of revenue generated after your first 90 days, rising to 25% after one year

• New car haulers get a guaranteed first-year minimum of $75,000, so you're covered while you learn the job and build your network

• Annual and monthly driver bonuses, plus a performance-based incentive program

Schedule

• Standard 5-day work week, Monday through Friday

What you'll haul

• Finished and used vehicles, loaded and unloaded by you

• Equipment is new or newer and kept in top condition

Requirements

• Valid AZ license

• At least 5 years driving tractor-trailers with manual transmissions

• Clean driving record and CVOR

• Able to lift 50+ lbs, as the work is physically demanding

Training

• Hands-on instruction on correct vehicle handling, loading and unloading

• You'll be paired with an experienced driver who mentors you until you're comfortable working independently

• Training is paid, and accommodations are provided if needed
