AZ Car Hauler — Cross-Border FAST/USA Runs — $75K Guaranteed First Year

Our company, a family-run business since 1999, needs an AZ driver to haul finished and used vehicles across the Canada-US border and to dealers and plants throughout Ontario and Quebec.

Pay

• $75,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year

• This is a piece-work role with high earning potential, over $100,000 possible

• You earn 23% of generated revenue after your first 90 days, rising to 25% after one year

• New car haulers get a guaranteed minimum first-year wage of $75,000, so you have a steady paycheck while you learn the job and build your network

• Monthly and annual driver bonuses, plus a performance-based incentive program

Schedule

• Regular 5-day work week

• You'll need to be available across any 7-day stretch and able to work up to 70 hours in any 8 consecutive days

What you'll haul

• Vehicles for manufacturers, remarketers, auctions, dealers and individual customers

• Runs include cross-border shipments between Canada and the US, plus domestic deliveries from rail yards and OEM plants in Ontario and Quebec

• You'll work with modern, dedicated married equipment

Requirements

• Valid AZ licence

• FAST card valid or you're able to get one

• At least 2 years of AZ tractor-trailer experience, including manual/split-shift transmissions

• Clean driving abstract and CVOR

• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs, as the work is physically demanding

• English required

Training

• Hands-on instruction from CCT staff on proper vehicle handling, loading and unloading

• New hires are paired with an experienced mentor who helps you learn the network and get comfortable working solo

• Paid training, with accommodations covered if needed
