About this job
Our company is looking for an experienced AZ company driver to run an over-the-road B-train route hauling bulk and dump freight. You'd typically leave Sunday night or Monday morning and return Friday, staying in the truck through the week and crossing the Canada/U.S. border.
Pay
- From $7,600 a month (also listed as from $3,800.00 bi-weekly)
- Drivers on this run can earn upwards of $100,000 per year
- Sign-on bonus offered
Home time
- Out Monday to Friday, home on weekends
What you'll haul
- Bulk and dump products using a tractor-trailer B-train combination
Requirements
- Valid AZ license
- 3 years of over-the-road experience, or heavy haul experience preferred
- End dump or B-train experience preferred
- Good CVOR and clean driver's abstract
- Able to cross the Canada/U.S. border
- Physically able to climb in and out of dump trailers and lift 20-25 kg of material repeatedly
What you'll do
- Pre-trip inspections, loading and unloading bulk/dump products
- Tarping and cleaning trailers, including frozen product
- Removing cross bows, driving, fueling daily, and completing paperwork including logbook and customs
- Operating an electronic logging device and keeping the truck clean
