Origin Logistics is hiring a full-time driver to operate a new all-electric 5-ton truck delivering kitchen cabinets across the Okanagan Valley. You'll work alongside a partner, handling deliveries and occasional warehouse duties, with no weekend shifts.
Pay
- Starting at $25.00 per hour, with overtime paid
- Guaranteed minimum of an 8 hour shift on days you work
Home time
- No weekend work
What you'll haul
- Kitchen cabinets delivered throughout the Okanagan Valley using a 100% electric 5-ton truck
- Loads handled with a 2-person crew, including lifting and careful placement of cabinets
- Warehouse tasks at the Westwood location when no deliveries are on the schedule
Requirements
- Class 5 BC driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of clean driving history
- Air brake endorsement
- Canadian citizenship, residency, or a valid work permit
- Hands-on experience driving a 5-ton truck and lifting heavy items
- Background working directly with customers; furniture delivery experience is a plus
- Comfortable working as part of a team and also independently with minimal oversight
