About this job
Our company, a steel manufacturer in Litchfield, MI, needs a driver to move steel products and other freight on local flatbed routes. You'll be home daily, handling deliveries that keep customer operations running smoothly.
Pay
- From $21.00 per hour
- Scheduled for at least 40 hours a week
What you'll haul
- Flatbed loads of steel and related freight on local routes
Requirements
- Valid CDL or chauffeur's license
- At least 2 years of flatbed driving experience
- Medical certificate, or willingness to get one
- Able to load, unload and secure freight, including manual handling
- Follow DOT and FMCSA safety rules
- Experience with tankers, refrigerated trailers or auto transport, and hazmat knowledge, are a plus
