Truck Driver — $24.69–$29.74/hr, Part-Time 20-30 hrs/wk

Part-time driving role with our company in Miami Gardens, FL 33017, running 20-30 hours a week. You'll handle freight across different trailer types, with some routes going over the road.

Pay

• $24.69 - $29.74 per hour

• 20.0 to 30.0 hours weekly

What you'll haul

• General freight, refrigerated loads, flatbed cargo, and tanker shipments

• Possible hazmat/dangerous goods loads

What the job involves

• Running scheduled deliveries, including over-the-road trips when assigned

• Checking your rig and load before, during, and after each run

• Loading, unloading, and securing freight properly

• Planning routes with GPS and handling delivery paperwork to verify drop-offs

• Staying compliant with DOT and FMCSA rules, including hazmat regulations when relevant

Requirements

• Proper licensing for the type of driving assigned

• Solid safety habits and comfort handling freight

• Prior experience in delivery or commercial driving is a plus

• Background with flatbed, tanker, or hazmat loads is a plus

• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations and GPS trip planning is a plus
