Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver to handle tractor-trailer freight on local or regional routes around Orlando, FL. You'll be responsible for safe driving, careful load handling and keeping deliveries on schedule.
Pay
- $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
What you'll haul
- General freight using tractor-trailers
Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely on local or regional runs
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Keep accurate records of driving hours, freight and delivery paperwork
- Stay in contact with dispatch about schedules, route changes or problems on the road
- Help secure cargo so it doesn't shift during the trip
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years driving tractor-trailers
- Previous delivery driving experience showing reliability and punctuality
- Familiarity with safe routing and freight-handling practices
- Good communication skills for working with dispatch
